Terms & Conditions MBO99 – Platform Usage Rules for Malaysia

Mbo99 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform" or "mbo99") is an online gambling platform providing Live Casino, slots, Sports Betting, e-sports betting and table game services to eligible users. These Terms & Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between mbo99 and every user or member who registers or uses this platform.

• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Malaysia or the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Not from a restricted region: You are not located in a jurisdiction where access to the MBO99 platform is prohibited or restricted by local law.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active mbo99 account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is a serious violation of these terms.
• Not an mbo99 employee or agent: mbo99 employees, contractors and agents, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to register as members or use the services of this platform.

Mbo99 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of any existing balance.

During the MBO99 account registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. This includes, but is not limited to, your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and your identity card number. You are solely responsible for:

Using a false name, another person's identity or misleading information during registration is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure and the forfeiture of all available funds without any compensation.

Mbo99 supports a range of payment methods that are recognised and widely used in Malaysia. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using the methods listed below:

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or eWallet registered in your own name. mbo99 does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the mbo99 support team with proof of transaction.
• Mbo99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, or to a bank account that has been verified in the name of the same member.
• MBO99 processes withdrawals within 5–15 minutes for members who have completed full identity verification (KYC). First-time withdrawals may take longer during the verification process.
• Mbo99 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving withdrawals that exceed a specified amount, for the purpose of anti-money laundering compliance.

Mbo99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all mbo99 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): All bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. Rollover rates are clearly stated in each mbo99 promotional offer.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible account or individual, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus stacking not permitted: Certain promotions cannot be combined with other offers or promotions simultaneously. Combination terms will be specified within each promotion.
• Bonus validity period: Every bonus has a validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will be automatically forfeited.

General Rules Applicable to All mbo99 Games:

• All game results are final once determined by the mbo99 system or live dealer. No appeals may be made based on a member's own assumptions or interpretation.
• In the event of a technical issue that materially affects the outcome of a match or game, mbo99 reserves the right to void the round or bet concerned and refund the wagered amount to the member.
• Mbo99 uses an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) for all digital games. Results generated by the RNG are final and cannot be disputed by any party.
• The use of any software, tools or methods intended to exploit or manipulate the mbo99 gaming system is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Mbo99 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits for any game or table. These limits may vary depending on the game type and the member's VIP tier.

For Sports Betting and e-sports, the odds displayed are live odds subject to change until the bet is confirmed. Confirmed and accepted bets are final and cannot be cancelled unless mbo99 declares a void for reasons specified in mbo99's Sports Betting policy.

The following activities are considered security violations and/or fraud, and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual using different names, phone numbers or identity details.

• The use of chips, bots or any automated software to play or place bets on mbo99.
• Depositing using a payment method that is stolen, fraudulent, or not registered in your own name.
• Any attempt to conduct money laundering through the mbo99 platform.
• Providing false or misleading information to the mbo99 support team during the identity verification process.

MBO99 cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in the investigation of fraudulent activity or financial crimes involving our platform. Account information and transaction records may be disclosed to the relevant authorities upon a lawful request in accordance with Malaysian law.

Responsible gambling tools available to all MBO99 members include:

Mbo99 does not permit the use of the platform by individuals who have activated self-exclusion. If you find that your account remains accessible after self-exclusion has been activated, please contact mbo99 support immediately.

Mbo99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that:

• The member has violated any rule set out in these mbo99 Terms & Conditions.
• Information provided during registration is false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• The member is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Members who are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility requirements to use the mbo99 platform.
• Mbo99 has been directed to do so by the relevant authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the mbo99 support team. Prior to closure, all applicable bonus requirements must be fulfilled, and any remaining balance may be withdrawn in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to a final review by mbo99.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, mbo99 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by a member as a result of betting or gaming outcomes, whether under normal circumstances or due to a platform technical issue.
• Service disruptions, delays, or technical failures caused by factors beyond mbo99's control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account as a result of the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Any financial decisions made by a member based on information, statistics or analysis provided within the mbo99 platform, which is intended as a guide only.

Under all circumstances, MBO99's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member within the 30 calendar days preceding the date on which the liability claim is raised.

Mbo99 reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with business, legal, or technical requirements. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
